Colorectal Services

The colon and rectal specialists with the South Texas Colorectal Center are expertly trained in the management of disease processes affecting the colon and rectum. We offer minimally invasive removal of cancerous and non-cancerous tumors polyps and small tumors within the colon and rectum.

In addition, we offer surgical treatment options for inflammatory bowel diseases, such as Crohn’s Disease and ulcertative colitis, as well as management of a number of conditions affecting the pelvic floor and anus.

Surgery is never an easy decision, which is why we provide patients and their families with education regarding the risks and benefits of all the surgical procedures we offer. Whenever possible, our surgeons take the least invasive approach necessary, through minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery, endoscopic procedures and robotic-assisted procedures.
